Aesthetic Continental Gems is an e-commerce platform (part of Aesthetic Features limited, Local company, UK) where customers can get especially Eco-frindly accesories and  items including continental spices, herbs and Showpieces.
Local and international Products are available in this platform. It provides a wide range of products such as home accessories and appliances, packaging items, stationary, imported products from international market.
It also provides wholesale items imported from international market. Local Collection point Services have been planning over  the UK  to collect the products locally. At the moment the service is available only at Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge. We aim to expand our service all over the UK very soon. 
Return & Refund Policy
Cancellation 
Aesthetic Continental Gems retains unqualified right to cancel any order at its sole discretion prior to dispatch and for any reason which may include, but not limited to, the product being mispriced, out of stock, expired, defective, malfunctioned, and containing incorrect information or description arising out of technical or typographical error or for any other reason.
Return and Refund Policy

Conditions for Returns
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. For fashion products, products may be tried on to see if the item fits. This will still be considered as unworn.
The product must include the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoice and accessories.
The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer`s packaging/box. If the product was delivered in Aesthetic Continental Gems packaging/box, the same packaging/box should be returned. Do not put tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer`s packaging / box.
NOTE: It is important to indicate the Order Number and Return Tracking Number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in your return process.
While handing over your package to Drop-Off station/ Pickup Agent, please collect the Aesthetic Continental Gems Return Acknowledgment paper and reserve it for future reference.
Refund:
If any order is cancelled, payment against such order will generally be refunded within 5 to 7 working days, but the refund process may take more time depending upon the payment service gateway provider`s clauses. Provided that received cash back amount, if any, will be adjusted with the refund amount. The refund will be initiated within the same payment channel. The customer cannot be refunded via any other payment channel. But AESTHETIC CONTINENTAL GEMS retains the right and has the right to consider/reconsider refund via another flexible channel(s) to make the refund system faster or to make it easier for the customer.
The customer will not be eligible for any cash back/bonus against his principal amount in case of refunds because if the order is cancelled, its related cash back will also be cancelled. AESTHETIC CONTINENTAL GEMS is not bound to pay any kind of service charge or cost for the refunded amount.
In case of refunding card payment, the refund will be returned directly to the customer`s debit/credit card if customer claims a refund to his bank. Then we will be informed about it via our payment gateway system (UK financial regulatory authority) and take necessary initiatives. Card payment can be refunded only to the card holder`s account via bank and cannot be refunded partially as per policy.
Shopping Credit / Reward Points cannot be cash refunded, only to be refunded as shopping credit/reward point. 
DELIVERY POLICY:
Aesthetic Continental Gems team is committed to reach or deliver the product(s) in good condition. We ship our product(s) either through our inhouse logistics team or through renowned and reputed courier service providers all over UK.

• We are committed to deliver our product(s) within 7 (Seven) working days in all over the UK, considering the order is confirmed and product is in stock or at hand. If anyhow, the ordered product arrive late from our merchants end, we shall notify our customers to ensure best communication from our end.
• We deliver each order only to a single destination as specified in the purchase order.
• If our customer has multiple packages from multiple vendors, upon customer’s agreement, all items can be shipped at once or separately. Delivery charge might vary in such situation. Our customer service team will let our customers know and explain the similar cases.
• Delivery cost depends on the weight and the amount of the order. If you order £100 or above within 12 miles radius of Tunbridge wells High Street, then the delivery is free of charge. Otherwise, £10 will be charged.
